6-1. Firmware Update

How to update from device

  1. Make sure you are offline.
  2. Connect the AC adapter to the LiveShell PRO
  3. Start live streaming to ustream so that you are then online.
  4. Press power the button at the top left and select “Power-Off”.
  5. If a newer firmware has been released, your LiveShell PRO will automatically begin to update the firmware.
    Note: Do not unplug the AC adapter or remove the batteries while the firmware is being updated.

How to update from Dashboard

  1. Connect the AC adapter to the LiveShell PRO.
  2. Open the Dashboard.
  3. If there is a new firmware update, the update notification will be displayed.

  1. Click “Update now”

  1. Read the precautions and click “Update”

  1. Your LiveShell PRO will begin to automatically update the firmware and then will reboot.
    Note: Do not unplug the AC adapter or remove the batteries while the firmware is being updated.
  2. The broadcasting status after rebooting is set by the “After Online” settings in the device menu. (The default is “Auto Broadcast”)
