When broadcasting to Akamai or Akamai hosted (Dacast etc.) services Dashboard may show an incorrect or very low bitrate.
If you are having issues broadcasting to Akamai or Akamai hosted (Dacast etc.) services with your LiveShell X, please try the following workaround –
- Access the Dashboard Custom Settings screen
- Set the H.264 Profile option to either baseline or main and test again.
